The location of the resort was convenient, with the beach within walking distance and away from major traffic congestion. The top floor deck provided a nice view of the sound, and the addition of wifi was a bonus. The bathrooms were modern and comfortable, with sufficient amenities.
The resort could benefit from some updates, as the stucco ceilings were in need of repair.

Had an amazing Thanksgiving stay in a recently renovated resort in OBX, with stunning views of the sound from our top floor deck and just a short walk to the beach. The bedding and linens were adequate and the wifi was available. A particular highlight was the indoor pool area, which was well maintained and appeared clean.
There were some negatives such as the stucco ceilings needing maintenance and limited utensils, as there were only a few plates and cutlery pieces provided. Additionally, the aging building showed signs of wear and tear.

Great location with beautiful views of the sound and within walking distance to the beach. the recent renovations have definitely improved the overall comfort of the resort. the addition of wifi was a nice touch and helped us stay connected during our stay. the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were modern and sufficient. the new fireplace inserts added a cozy atmosphere to our room.
The lack of cleanliness in our unit. the carpets were stained and dirty, and the AC filter looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages.
